Stayokay Utrecht Centrum is a super cool and hip hostel on the Neude, a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station. A real meeting place for travelers, families, but also for students who come
to study or have drinks in our living area and restaurant The 5th.   

Are you someone who loves being the first point of contact and ready for a dynamic challenge? Then we’re looking for you! Stayokay Utrecht-Centrum is currently looking for a Front Office Employee to join our team immediately.

You will...

• welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure everything runs smoothly at the front office during your shift
• work with PMS, our reservation system, for both group and individual bookings
• closely collaborate with your colleagues and lend a hand wherever needed

You have...

• completed a tourism-related education, or are studying tourism or hospitality — experience as a receptionist is great but not required
• a minimum age of 21 due to duty responsibilities
• preferably a first aid (BHV) and Social Hygiene certificate, or the willingness to obtain them soon
• no problem multitasking and can stay calm under pressure
• as a true ‘local know-it-all’, the best tips for our guests
• no trouble with Dutch, and you manage just fine in English
• availability to work at least two weekends per month
• an open-mind and drive and finds sustainability important!
