Stayokay Utrecht Centrum is a super cool and hip hostel on the Neude, a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station. A real meeting place for travelers, families, but also for students who come to study or have drinks in our living area and restaurant The 5th.

Are you a real go-getter and do you have no problem rolling up your sleeves? Then we are looking for you for the position of F&B employee.

You will...

• work together with your colleagues to run bar and restaurant shifts and make sure everything runs smoothly — no day is ever the same
• welcome our guests in The 5th and make their visit as pleasant as possible
• create a shift plan together with your colleagues at the start of the shift

You have...

• a positive attitude and make contact easily with both guests and colleagues
• a passion to learn, because hospitality experience is not a must, we'll teach you how to tap that beer!
• No problem to work independently, but help your colleagues where necessary
• an open-mind and drive and finds sustainability important!

You get...

• a role with lots of freedom, flexibility, and great coffee
• salary and benefits according to the Dutch Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement, plus travel allowance (if >10 km) and additional employment benefits and group discounts
• an all‑in hourly wage of €17.82 if you’re 20 or older (19 years: €16.04; 18 years: €14.26). All‑in means your holiday allowance and accrued vacation hours are paid out monthly, so you don’t have to wait for them
