The use of personal data is necessary if you use our application form. Stayokay is responsible for your data and uses the Job Promo recruitment system for the recruitment and selection process. Job Promo is the supplier of our recruitment system and processes your data securely and neatly. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information you share with us will be treated in the strictest confidence and will never be disclosed to other parties, unless you have given your express consent.
WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
When you apply via our application form, we collect the following information: your first and last name, your address details, your telephone number, your email address, your date of birth, your education details, whether you have a driving licence, your work experience in the industry, your availability, your salary indication, your photo (not obligatory, of course), your motivation, your CV and any other relevant attachments you may wish to send us. The data in our application form may vary depending on the type of position.
We need this data to assess whether you meet all the criteria and can participate in our selection process.
HOW LONG WILL MY PERSONAL DATA BE STORED?
If you apply for a job and position with us, you must agree to our privacy policy. We have a storage period of 12 months. It is always possible to delete your data yourself. This can be done via a special link that is included in our confirmation email.
WILL MY PERSONAL DATA BE SECURED?
We greatly value your privacy, so we have security measures in place to prevent theft, loss or other unlawful use of your personal data. The information exchange with our website is secure and encrypted.
Employees who have access to your personal data are bound by a confidentiality clause and only have access to your personal data if this is necessary for the performance of their duties.
WHERE CAN I SUBMIT A REQUEST TO VIEW, CORRECT OR DELETE MY PERSONAL DATA?
You can always make a request for inspection, correction or removal via email to privacy@stayokay.com or by phone at +31 (0)20-551 3133. Applicants can delete all their data via the link in our confirmation email.
